SERAAMAES does not accept returns or provide refunds for purchased products.
Due to the nature of our skincare products and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy for all delivered orders.

Remember: Orders cancelled before shipping receive 100% refund. Orders cancelled after shipping will have shipping charges deducted.
