1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are dispatched the following business day
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.

• No hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can track your order using the following methods:

• Visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID or tracking number
• Check the courier partner's website directly using the tracking number provided
• Log into your My Account to view live order status

5. Courier Partners

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across India:

• Delhivery
• Shiprocket
• DTDC
• India Post (for select remote locations)

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your delivery location and availability.

6. Packaging

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:

• All products are sealed and tamper-proof before dispatch
• Fragile items are bubble-wrapped for added protection
• Packages are sturdy and weather-resistant to prevent damage in transit
• Invoice and product details are included inside every package

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package, the following process applies:

• The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
• After 3 failed attempts, the package may be held at a local facility for 5–7 days
• If unclaimed, the package will be returned to us
• In case of a returned package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please follow these steps:

• Take clear photographs and a video of the package and the damaged/missing product(s) immediately upon receipt
• The video should show the unopened/damaged parcel from all sides before and after opening — this is required for us to process your claim
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@seraamaes.in
• Include your order ID, photos, video proof, and a brief description of the issue
• We will review and resolve the issue within 3–5 business days

9. International Shipping
