Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the product after delivery according to our return policy.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@seraamaes.in with your order number and a request for cancellation.

Refund Policy

We issue refunds for the following cases:

• Canceled orders that have not been shipped
• Returned products that meet our return policy requirements
• Products that arrive damaged or defective

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.
